In the event that youre unable to show, your deposit will be non refundable. If you wish to cancel your appointment, we suggest you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid cancellation fees. when rescheduled, your deposit will be transferable to your next scheduled appointment. You can reschedule your appointment by your self using your confirmation email at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment . If you do not reschedule at least 24hours before the start time of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Your deposit is nonrefundable for same day cancellations.
